iCandy at #TOCCON

Jamey Graham (@jamois) from Ricoh Technologies talks about how they’ve developed their iCandy application to now allow users to grab content from newspapers and magazines, by taking a picture with their smart mobile device.  The action of snapping a photo, then opens up the consumer to a bevvy of information.  The ad campaigns and call to actions would be limitless for publishers with this tool.  In addition, the level of user interactivity would  position publishers one step closer to learning about their users.
